Amy Poehler is gearing up for her return to "Saturday Night Live."
The "Parks and Recreation" star will kick off the new season of "SNL" as the guest host, while pop superstar Katy Perry will be the musical act of the evening.
Katy broke the news on her Twitter account, writing: "OKAY! My BIG surprise is I'm opening the season of 'SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE' on Sept 25 [with] 'SNL' alum Amy Poehler!!!"
