Having been enjoying a little time off following a whirlwind summer in which she tied the knot with NHL player Mike Fisher, Carrie Underwood was spotted tending to midday work duties in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (September 7).
Donning a black Blondie t-shirt with black sweats and striped sweater and flip-flops, the "Before He Cheats" singer looked casual cute as she was accompanied by a few mates while leaving a photo shoot session in the West Village.
Looking ahead, Carrie has her eyes set on a big November - as she'll once again be teaming up with BRad Paisley to host the CMA Awards from Nashville on November 10th.
Meanwhile, Miss Underwood also will appear on a new disc titled ?Coal Miner?s Daugher: A Tribute to Loretta Lynn,? which is due out November 9th.
Other artists on the album include The White Stripes, Miranda Lambert, Paramore, Kid Rock, Sheryl Crow and Faith Hill.
