While she's certainly on a much brighter path as compared to a few years ago, Britney Spears once again finds herself dealing with legal drama.
By no means something she needs to deal with at the time, the "Womanizer" singer has just been smacked with a lawsuit at the hands of former nanny Ferial Zaltash.
Reports tell that Miss Zaltash claims that she was unpaid for the month in which she worked for Britney as a personal assistant and nanny in September 2007.
Interestingly enough, Ferial has figured her month's worth of service deserves a payday of $35,202 while tacking on an extra $19,940 in penalties for lost interest.
So far, there's been no response from the Spears camp while a court date has yet to have been set in hopes that the issue can be handled outside of the legal system.
