It?s no secret that Tinseltown has its fair share of scandal, and Dane Cook has been on the receiving end of some pretty awful treatment from his half brother/former business manager.
According to a report, the uber-popular comedian enlisted his bro Darryl McCauley as his right hand man only to have him embezzle money to the tune of millions of dollars.
McCauley pled guilty to 27 counts of larceny over $250, three counts of forgery, and various other charges. He?ll serve 5-6 years in prison with 10 years of probation thereafter.
Among his most notable indiscretions, Darryl once wrote himself a check for $3 million from Dane?s account. Mr. Cook hasn?t yet commented on the ordeal.
