The ?Can?t Be Tamed? songstress looked to be in good spirits as she posed for the shutterbugs in a wispy black ensemble outside the Beverly Hills eatery.
As for her new video, Miley is keeping her sexy image alive in the treatment for her single ?Who Owns My Heart.?
In the clip, Miss Cyrus is all about grinding up on both male and female club-goers, much to the dismay of her more conservative fans.
