Rattles are sounding in Catherine Bell's household. The "Army Wives" actress welcomed a blue bundle of joy this weekend, her rep told People. Son Ronan Bell, born Saturday, August 21 in Charleston, South Carolina, weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces. He was delivered at 8:29 a.m. and was 19 � inches long. Ronan is the second child for Catherine and her husband Adam Beason. The happy parents announced the pregnancy in February. Daughter Gemma, 7, is a proud big sister.
