Last year he made headlines by escorting D-lister Kathy Griffin to the show. Levi's relationship remains strained with his former future mother-in-law Sarah Palin, saying, "I don't talk to her much. I don't care to." For the benefit of their child, he and Bristol are remaining civil. "I just keep my head up. I have a beautiful young boy. Bristol and I called it quits. We're just co-parenting and we're going to do the best thing for Tripp," he reported. "I still get to see him. Everything's great."
